The most characteristic building of our spa is the Spa and Thermal World domed bathing hall and the directly connected spa garden with its quiet environment and special soothing atmosphere, is the oasis of Zalakaros for those who wish to heal.

Since 1978, the Zalakaros Spa has been officially recognised by the Ministry of Health as a spa and a certified health resort. The unique thermal waters of Zalakaros in this unique facility truly contribute to the recovery of our guests and to the preservation of physical and mental health.

The group of indoor pools under the domes consists of three independently operating pools with different water fillings and different temperatures. The outdoor spa garden pool, surrounded by a well-kept rock garden, has a special atmosphere and is completely renewed all year round, except during the cold winter months, and will be ready for spring 2019.

In summer 2019, the complete renovation of our domed hall, famous for its unique shape, was completed. With its modern and energy-saving architecture, lavish coverings and comfortable lounge furniture, this patina pool area has not only been restored to its former glory, but has also become the jewel of our spa.
