The GINOP-6.1.5.-17-2018-00164 „Training for Development” project has been implemented since 1 January 2019. The grant awarded (31.428.636 Ft) was used to train 90 participants (81 in-house staff) in 8 training courses.

„Improving adaptability and productivity of workers and enterprises through workforce development”
The Zalakaros Spa Ltd.„s application supported by the GINOP Plus-3.2.1-21-2021-00001 labour market programme ”Improving the adaptability and productivity of workers and enterprises through workforce development" was implemented in 2022.
The subsidy for the training costs in the application is 50 % of the training programme's full cost, the wage subsidy for the working time lost and 50 % of the gross wage per working time lost due to the participation of the employees in the training programme.
